By accessing or using MacroPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
MacroPulse is a desktop trading intelligence dashboard that aggregates live news, economic calendars, market heatmaps, and sentiment data into a single interface. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refund requests within the first 7 days of a paid subscription will be honored in full.
Data Usage
MacroPulse aggregates publicly available data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the service. Trading decisions are made at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising MacroPulse are the intellectual property of MacroPulse and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MacroPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.
